Ultrasound Sinus Elevation Hydro U.S.E with Hydro Complete. Kit with 6 tips for Schneider membrane hydro lift

U.S.E. with HYDRO kit
is effective and minimally invasive technique and it is an important innovation in the operation of Schneider’s membrane lift. Surgical technique traditionally used for this problem uses a lateral approach, which increases the amount of bone in upper jaw’s molar area in order to prepare for the insertion of one or more dental implants. The creation of this lateral “window” it is not easy, and indeed brings many discomforts for the patient and difficulties for the operator.

Equally valid, U.S.E. with HYDRO kit is on the contrary non-invasive:
Using water pressure, the membrane that covers the cavity is pushed upward thanks to a small “hydraulic jet”.
This technique makes the proper filling of the sinus more immediate and less painful, using bone material taken from the patient himself through the combination of CGF and COMBIOSS technologies. Thanks to CGF Medical Device for venous blood separation, from a normal blood sample of the patient it is possible to produce Concentrated Growth Factors, the proteins which are mixed with the Combioss granules and allow the generation of bone tissue ideal for grafting.

Kit U.S.E. HYDRO Advantages:
Safe and easy
Reduce surgical risks
Quicker recovery in comparison with conventional methods
Atraumatic reduce post-operation trauma
Reduce prosthesis rehabilitation time

Piezo Expansion Crest P.E.C KIT
Non-traumatit kit for crest expansion and the preparation implant tunnel.
The use of P.E.C. inserts biostimulates tissues.
It intensifies natural regenerative properties.

P.E.C. non-traumatic
inserts for crest expansion and for the preparation of the implantation tunnel. Born out of a long experience developed by assiduously employing piezoelectric technology in biosurgery. Designed and manufactured to meet common surgery requirements, namely high control with low biologic impact. It reduces operation trauma to the minimum, and makes it possible to expand the alveolar crest with maximum simplicity. It compacts the bone and prepares the implantation tunnel, eliminating the use of rotating drills and all other systems currently in use.

P.E.C. Technique

It uses bone viscoelasticity properties; It obtains permanent and passive bone crest plastic deformation, devoid of strains; Its particular design allows rapid progression with full bone preservation; The use of P.E.C. inserts biostimulates tissues; It intensifies natural regenerative properties.

Kit P.E.C. Procedure
Step 1 Open the flap and display the ridge. Middle crest incision using SB P0700 tip and Surgybone device.
Step 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 - 8 The first tip to use is 3001, cutting on the top. Make the first expansion with quick and vertical movements. The action has to be light reducing the pressure and lifting the tip repeatedly. This action has to be repeated between a notch and the one. It is advisable to combine a rotary action right and left (for about 30° angular) in order to obtain a clean implant site. Use tips in progression starting from thinnest to the thickest and end with the wanted tip.
